Apple iPad – Next Big Thing For Gaming Or is It?

iPad is the next big thing, without even quoting the market research. iPod and iPhone have taken their well deserved place in everyone’s hands and pockets. Will iPad receive the same welcome mat?

This is my first encounter with Apple’s iPad and a rather interesting game running on this beautiful gadget.

It is an interesting question since apple has spent a lot of money and effort to make this a computer with you can do everything with and have a feeling that you are not carrying a notebook or laptop with you. When I first saw the apple iPad I was more interested in looking for the core features for gaming because lets face it we all love games.

What caught my ears when I was walking around and talking to all the people at the gadget show is unlike apples iPhone and iPad the game developers has not been using any third party to test their games, they have been using computer simulations to run their games and testing if it works without the security of knowing how would that game react on a real iPad, careless wouldn’t you say?

iPad’s first few games felt awkward and unbalanced as buttons are touched and aiming to go a route. Graphics were very stratifying, loads of flying particles, moveable objects and landscape is larger and handles very well. It will be a ideal gadget to have for 2010 without a doubt, although there aren’t much good games to be played right now there will some developers who wont make silly mistakes to create games unbalanced on an iPad because it is a piece of art and excellence.
