It is uniquely designed with Arabic numerals and black enamel.

This hard to find stainless steel watch was sold at the inaugural Phillips Watch Auction in Geneva for $4,645,000 in Swiss Francs. The stainless steel Patek Philippe Mono-pusher Chronograph is referenced as a 130 Doctor’s Watch, in order to distinguish it from others of the famed brand.
