The privacy of a private flight gives travelers the ability to be productive while in flight. This is opposed to the major airlines where the cramped spaces and overfilled flights do little to promote work being done while in-flight. There is room to spread out work, many private aircraft come with amenities to serve business travelers (voice, fax, or printing services), and there is privacy so one does have conversations overheard or proprietary data spied upon.
