Hence he started looking for a suitable buyer. During this time he came across Karl Scheufele, descendant of watchmakers and jewelers from Pforzheim, Germany. He decided to buy the company and it was under his ideals, visions and guidance that the company began to flourish and regained its lost heritage and significance. Well known for the technology used, the precision imparted and the creativity used, the company became one of the leading manufacturer of Swiss watches across the globe.
With more than 40 years of contribution towards the company Karl Scheufele and his wife Karin have now handed over the reins to their two children. Their son looks after the gent’s collection and the Chopard Manufacture in Fleurier, their daughter looks after the ladies collection and the high end jewelry section. Since their inception, Chopard has remained a family business. If one looks at Chopard’s history, they will realize that it is not easy to maintain and develop accompany of this magnitude without hard work, dedication and commitment to excel every time.

Part of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique collection, model number 158518-3001 comes with a full Chopard factory warranty. The watch is water resistant up to 150ft and has a black dial.
